By downloading, installing, or using PDFPilot ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
PDFPilot is a PDF editing and management application for iOS and iPadOS. It offers document viewing, annotation, editing, scanning, AI-powered analysis, and export features. Some features require an active subscription ("PDFPilot Pro").
PDFPilot Pro is available as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
PDFPilot Pro may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
You retain ownership of all documents and content you create or process using the App. PDFPilot does not upload, store, or access your documents on any external server. All document processing occurs on your device.
AI-powered features run on-device using Apple Intelligence. Document content is processed locally and is never sent to external servers. AI results are provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as legal, financial, or professional advice.
PDFPilot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, document corruption, or inaccurate AI analysis results.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
